For Downloadable Digital Products
1. Order processing
Most of the time, when you buy a digital product and pay for it, a download button will be visible on the results page. In case of special circumstances, please contact service@pix3l.me, we will be the first to solve the problem for you.
For Physical Products
1. Order processing
All our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
After the order is shipped and received by the carrier, you will receive a track number with which you can track your package and see the remaining shipping time.
2. Delivery time
The estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 7 -20 working days
- UK: 7 – 12 working days
- Europe: 7 – 12 working days
- CA, AUS: 7 -20 working days
- Rest of the world: 15 – 40 working days
We offer international shipping services. However, there are some countries we cannot ship to. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you via email.
3. Change of delivery address/incorrect address is exempt from liability
If you want to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. You should contact us within 12 hours. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
Note: We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore are not always able to accommodate changes to the shipping address. Please double check the address you enter before placing the order. We are NOT responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
4. Lost/missing packages
Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order which was made free of charge to you.
5. Additional taxes and charges
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.
